BAKED CHICKEN PARMESAN #2

 Ingredients List

  • 3 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
  • 1 pound pasta, cooked al dente
  • 2 cups tomato pasta sauce
  • 2 cups mozzarella, shredded
  • 1/2 cup parmesan, shredded
  • 2 cups panko
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons oregano
  • 2 tablespoons basil
  • Salt & pepper

 Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Arrange pasta and chicken into base of a 9x13 baking dish. Drizzle olive oil over pasta. Pour tomato sauce over pasta.
3. Season with oregano, basil, salt & pepper.
4. Top with mozzarella, panko, and parmesan.
5. Bake covered with aluminum foil for 25 minutes and uncovered for a final 5 minutes.
