Chocolate Glazed Doughnuts Recipe

- Ingredients:
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 ounce of fresh yeast
- 3 cups of flour
- 1/4 pound of butter
- 3 egg yolks
- 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar
- Grated peel of 1 lemon
- 1 package of dark chocolate
- 1 package of white chocolate
- For frying:
- Vegetable oil

Directions
Drain the milk in a saucepan, and put into the oven. When it comes to boiling point, turn off the oven. After becoming lukewarm, stir in 3 tablespoons of flour and yeast and mix. In this way, leave for 10 minutes. During this time, milk mixture a little swells. Melt the butter in a separate place. Take the rest of the flour into dough bowl and roll out the center of bowl. Add egg yolks, granulated sugar and grated lemon peel on. Stir in milk mixture. Then add the butter and knead it. Cover the dough with a cloth, and leave for 45 minutes in a warm place. Roll out 2 cm thick on the floured ground. Cut the dough pieces with brim of cup. Cut out another pieces from each dough pieces with smaller brim of cup and become shape of round. Fry the dough in oil, and get on the paper towels. Melt the dark and white chocolate in double boiler. Place the chocolate glaze over a bowl of warm water.
Dip the doughnuts immediately.
Place on wire racks to cool completely and to allow the glaze to set for 30 minutes before serving.
