Hamburger Steak with Onions and Brown Gravy Recipe

Ingredients List
- 1 and 1/2 lb hamburger meat
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 c, thinly sliced onion
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 2 T flour
- 1 T Worcestershire sauce
- 2 and 1/2 c beef broth
Directions
1. Combine ground beef, garlic salt and pepper.
2. Divide meat into 6 even portions and form into steaks
3. In a large skillet, cook patties over medium heat 6 minutes per side.
4. Remove patties, add onions and cook 6 minutes.
5. Add garlic and cook 1 minute.
6. Add flour and cook 2 minutes.
7. Gradually add Worcestershire and broth; stir until smooth.
8. Reduce to half about 15 minutes.
9. Add patties back and and heat through.
