Slow Cooker Country Style Boneless Pork Ribs

Ingredients List
- 2-1/2 lbs. boneless country-style pork ribs
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup apple juice
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire
- 1½ cups barbecue sauce
Directions
1. Lightly salt and pepper your boneless pork ribs on both sides. Spray the slow cooker with cooking spray. Place the sliced onions on the bottom of the slow cooker. Place the pork ribs on top. Add the garlic and brown sugar on top of the pork ribs. Pour in the apple juice and worcestershire sauce. Cook on low for 7-8 hours. Remove meat from slow cooker. Discard juices. Shred the meat and mix with 1 cup of your favorite barbecue sauce. Serve on sandwiches or in tacos, or just with your favorite vegetables.
