Ingredients List
- 350 g of flour Manitoba
- 15 g of yeast
- 90 ml of warm milk
- 75 g of plain yogurt
- 75 g of milk
- 65 g of butter
- one whole egg
- 10 g of sugar
- a teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
Directions
Dissolve the yeast in warm milk . Melt 40g of butter in a double boiler or in the microwave, leaving the other 25 g for brushing . In the bowl of a planetary , put the flour , sugar and salt. Then add all the liquid ingredients , the ' lightly beaten egg and knead with the hook until the dough is soft and smooth.
