  • 2 cups filtered water
  • 100 grams (3.5 ounces ) yogurt
  • 3 or 4 fresh strawberries or 1/2 cup of blueberries (Frozen or fresh)
  • 1 - 2 tablespoons of ground flax seed
  • one banana
  • one scoop whey protein
  • 1 tablespoon Virgin Coconut Oil

Perfectly healthy smoothie! It improve your digestion and give your muscles a boost with this powerful blend of flaxseeds and protein. This makes a delicious smoothie loaded with vitamins, minerals, fiber and virgin coconut oil.

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together. Make sure to use a good blender to do so. Feel free to adjust the amount of water and ingredients to change the consistency of your shake. Some people like their shakes really thick and others prefer a more smoothie-type drink. It's all up to you.
