Avacado-Lime Jello Salad

 Ingredients List

  • 1 pk (small) lime jello
  • 1 c Boiling water
  • 2 pk (small) cream cheese
  • 1/2 sm Onion; chopped fine
  • 1/2 c Mayonnaise
  • 1 Avacado; mashed
  • 1/2 cn Pimentos; chopped
  • 1/2 c Green pepper; chopped fine
  • 1 c Celery; chopped fine
  • Salt & pepper to taste

 Directions

Dissolve jello in water. Soften cream cheese with mayonnaise. Mix together
& then add vegetables to jello. Pour into 9 small molds or 1 large mold.
Chill until firm.
