Banana Cream Pie Protein Shake

 Ingredients List

  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (or Skim Milk or whatever milk you like!)
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar Free/Fat Free Banana Cream Jello Pudding Powder
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar Free/Fat Free White Chocolate Jello Pudding Powder
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (I used Designer Whey)
  • 1 frozen banana (If the banana is NOT frozen, it won”™t be as thick! I like it frozen)
  • 1 large Reduced Fat Graham Cracker (4 small)
  • Dollop of Fat Free Whipped Topping

 Directions

In a blender or food processor, combine milk, pudding powders, and protein powder. Mix for about 20 seconds or until it is all combined. Add the frozen banana and puree until smooth. When smooth, break the graham crackers into chunks and add to the shake. Mix this until the graham crackers are broken up into the shake. Pour into a glass and top with whipped cream! Enjoy!
