Carrot and Raisin Salad

 Ingredients List

  • 2 lb Carrots
  • 1 c Crushed pineapple; drained
  • 1 c Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c Powdered sugar
  • 1 c Raisins, soaked in water 30
  • -min. to plump; then drained


Peel carrots; remove tip and root end. Shred, using a large-holed cheese
grater or a potato peeler. Combine with remaining ingredients and
refrigerate until serving.
