Cheesy Vegetable Pizza

 Ingredients List

  • 1 12-inch prebaked Italian
  • -bread shell
  • 1 c (4 oz) shredded Cheddar
  • -cheese
  • 1 pk (1-lb) Green Giant American
  • -Mixtures San Francisco
  • -Style Frozen Broccoli;
  • -Carrots, Water Chestnuts
  • -and Red Peppers; thawed
  • 1 c (4 oz) shredded Mozzarella
  • 1 ts Dried basil leaves

 Directions

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Place bread shell on ungreased cookie sheet. Top
with 1/2 cupof the Cheddar cheese and the vegetables. Sprinkle with
remaining Cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese and basil.

Bake at 425 for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted.
