Cheesy Vegetable Pizza
Ingredients List
- 1 12-inch prebaked Italian
- -bread shell
- 1 c (4 oz) shredded Cheddar
- -cheese
- 1 pk (1-lb) Green Giant American
- -Mixtures San Francisco
- -Style Frozen Broccoli;
- -Carrots, Water Chestnuts
- -and Red Peppers; thawed
- 1 c (4 oz) shredded Mozzarella
- 1 ts Dried basil leaves
Directions
Heat oven to 425 degrees. Place bread shell on ungreased cookie sheet. Top
with 1/2 cupof the Cheddar cheese and the vegetables. Sprinkle with
remaining Cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese and basil.
Bake at 425 for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted.
