Chicken Salad #2

 Ingredients List

  • 4 c Chicken; cooked, diced
  • 4 c Celery; chopped
  • 1/2 ts Salt
  • 1 ts Monosodium glutamate
  • 1 c Chopped toasted almonds
  • 2 tb Grated onion
  • 2 tb Lemon juice
  • 2 c Mayonnaise
  • Potato chips
  • Parmesan cheese


Mix all ingredients, except potato chips and Parmesan cheese, in a shallow
baking dish. Crush potato chips and sprinkle on top. Sprinkle with Parmesan
cheese. Bake without lid at 450 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
