Chicken Vegetable Newburg

 Ingredients List

  • 1 lb Boneless chicken breast, cut
  • -into 1" cubes
  • 1 tb Vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 c Broccoli florets
  • 1 1/2 c Cauliflower florets
  • 1 Jar Chicken Tonight Cooking
  • -Sauce for Chicken Creamy
  • -Mushroom
  • 1/3 c Sherry
  • Hot,cooked rice


In a large skillet, thoroughly brown chicken in vegetable oil; drain fat.
In a medium saucepan, lightly steam broccoli and cauliflower about 3
minutes; drain thoroughly. Add steamed vegetables, sauce and sherry to
skillet. Cover and simmer 20 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
Serve over hot, cooked rice.
