Chocolate Cream Fraiche Frosting

 Ingredients List

  • 1 c Creme Fraiche
  • 2 Egg yolks
  • 1 lb Semi sweet chocolate, melted
  • And kept warm

 Directions

Beat together the creme fraiche and egg yolks. Add the melted
chocolate and beat for 2 minutes more, or until very thick. Let rest
for about 10 minutes, beat again briefly and then use immediately.
This frosting is also quite good on the Amazon Chocolate Cake . . .
