Crispy Oven Parmesan Chicken

Ingredients List
- 6 chicken breast halves
- 2 eggs beaten with 1Tablespoon of water
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 2 cups Panko Bread Crumbs (I can assure you that you will never go back once you start using these breadcrumbs)
- 1 cup cornflake crumbs
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 Tablespoons parsley flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon each salt and pepper
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2. Pound chicken breasts until 1/2 inch thick
3. In a dish beat egg and water together
4. In a large zipper bag mix flour, salt and pepper
5. In a second large zipper bag combine Panko Bread Crumbs, Cornflakes Crumbs, Grated Parmesan, Parsley and Garlic powder.
6. Dredge the chicken in flour first and then egg and finally in the crumb mix
7. Place chicken on pan sprayed with non stick spray
8. Spray top of chicken with non stick spray
9. Bake at 375 bake 30-35 min or until juices run clear
