- 1/3 c Chopped Onion (1/4 C)
- 2 1/4 ts Active Dry Yeast (1 1/2 t)
- 2 2/3 c Bread Flour (1 3/4 C)
- 3/4 c Whole-Wheat Flour (1/2 C)
- 3 tb Powdered Milk (2 T)
- 1 1/2 tb Sugar (1 T)
- 3/4 ts Salt (1/2 t)
- 1 c Water (2/3 C)
Directions

Drain the grated potato and carrot well.
