Easy Beef Burgundy
Ingredients List
- 2 lb Beef steak; cubed
- 4 md Onions; sliced
- 1 Clove garlic
- 1/4 c Butter
- 2 cn Beef gravy
- 1/2 c Burgundy wine
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 ts Thymr
- 1/4 ts Marjoram
- 1/4 ts Oregano
- 1 cn (small) mushrooms
Directions
Saute onions and garlic in butter until tender; discard garlic and remove
onions from pan. Brown meat in drippings. Add gravy, wine and spices. Add
onions and mushrooms. Simmer, covered, 2 hours, until tender.
