Flank Steak Italiano

 Ingredients List

  • 2 pk Fat-free Caesar salad
  • -dressing
  • 2 tb Olive oil
  • 1 tb Lemon juice
  • 1 lb Flank steak USDA Choice

 Directions

Combine the salad dressing mix, oil and juice. Rub onto all surfaces of the
steak. Place in storage bag and marinate overnight.

Remove from the refrigerator and prepare the grill for the direct cooking
method. Place the steak on the grid and grill for 6 minutes per side for
medium doneness. Remove from the grill and let cool for 10 minutes before
service. Slice across the grain and serve.
