 Ingredients List

  • 1 pt Sliced strawberries
  • 1 pt Blueberries
  • 3 Kiwi fruit; peeled,
  • -thinlysliced
  • 1 md Cantaloupe; cut into balls
  • 1 md Honeydew melon; cut into
  • -balls
  • 1 c Chopped mint leaves
  • Whole mint leaves for
  • -garnish


1/2 c Fresh orange juice
1/4 c Fresh lemon juice
3 tb Sugar

Toss fruit together gently, sprinkle mint over fruit. Combine dressing
ingredients and pour over fruit mixture. Serve chilled, garnished with mint

Serving Ideas : Show off this salad in a crystal bowl or trifle dish
