  • 1 c Frozen raspberries;, thawed
  • 1 c Lowfat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 Firm banana;, peeled and
  • -sliced
  • 1/3 c Chopped dates
  • 1/4 c Sliced almonds;, toasted

 Directions

In glasses, layer pineapple, raspberries, yogurt, banana, and dates.
Sprinkle the top with almonds.
