Garlic Soup

 Ingredients List

  • 1 1/2 qt Water
  • 4 Potatoes, diced
  • 1 Carrot, diced
  • 2 Celery stalks, diced
  • 1 Onion, diced
  • 2 lg Bulbs garlic, peeled
  • 1/2 ts Thyme
  • 1 ds Cayenne
  • Salt to taste


Bring water to a boil. Add vegetables, garlic & spices. Cook over medium
heat for 20 to 30 minutes. Puree & serve.
