Ginger-Lemon Brew

 Ingredients List

  • 2 c Unsweetened apple juice or
  • -water
  • 4 Thin slices fresh ginger
  • 1 Lemon, organic preferred
  • 2 ts Honey (optional)

 Directions

In a medium-sized saucepan, heat the apple juice and ginger. Juice the
lemon and add, with the rinds, to the juice mixture. Bring to a boil and
simmer for 5 minutes.
