Green Bean Salad with Walnut Dressing

 Ingredients List

  • 3 lb Green beans
  • 10 Walnut halves, toasted and
  • -chopped
  • 4 tb Walnut oil
  • 1/2 c Vegetable oil
  • 1/4 c Red wine vinegar
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • Coarse kosher salt and
  • -freshly ground black pepper
  • -to taste

 Directions

Blanch the beans in boiling water until just tender, about 3 to 4 minutes.
Drain and chill immediately.

Mix the remaining ingredients and let stand 1 hour.
