Ingredients List
- 3 lb Green beans
- 10 Walnut halves, toasted and
- -chopped
- 4 tb Walnut oil
- 1/2 c Vegetable oil
- 1/4 c Red wine vinegar
- 1 Garlic clove
- Coarse kosher salt and
- -freshly ground black pepper
- -to taste
Directions
Blanch the beans in boiling water until just tender, about 3 to 4 minutes.
Drain and chill immediately.
Mix the remaining ingredients and let stand 1 hour.
