 Ingredients List

  • 1 lb hamburger meat
  • 2 heaping tablespoons of chopped fresh rosemary leaves
  • 1 scoop (1 Tblsp) LifeMax Signature Grain (chia)
  • 2 Tbsp A1 sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Thoroughly mix the rosemary, salt, pepper,LifeMax Signature Grain (chia) and A1 sauce into the hamburger meat. . Form out the hamburger patties. For best (flavorful) results, cook on outdoor grill.
