  • 1/4 c Lemon juice
  • 1/2 c Olive oil
  • 1 Small garlic clove; minced
  • 1 pn Dried oregano; crushed
  • 1/2 ts Finely grated lemon peel
  • Salt & freshly ground pepper
  • -to taste

 Directions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Makes about 3/4 cup
