Lindsay Avacado Dip

 Ingredients List

  • 10 lb Avacados (about 20)
  • 3/4 lb Black Olives, chopped
  • - 3 cups
  • 1/2 c Green onion, sliced
  • 3/4 c Lime juice
  • 1/2 c Salsa
  • 1 1/2 tb Salt (to taste)


Mash avacados. Combine rest of ingredients. Add additional Salsa or
seasonings as desired. Makes 1 gallon
