- 13 oz Minced or chopped clams
- 1/2 c Packed fresh parsley leaves,

- 1/3 c Olive oil
- 1/4 c Dry white wine or chicken
- -broth
- 1/2 ts Dried red pepper flakes, or
- -1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
