  • -fresh garlic
  • 13 oz Minced or chopped clams
  • 1/2 c Packed fresh parsley leaves,
  • -optional
  • 1/3 c Olive oil
  • 1/4 c Dry white wine or chicken
  • -broth
  • 1/2 ts Dried red pepper flakes, or
  • -1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
