Ingredients List
- 1 c Mayonnaise or salad
- -dressing
- 1 tb Lemon juice
- 1/4 ts Salt
- 1/4 ts Pepper
- 2 c Cut-up cooked chicken
- 2 c Cooked macaroni or pasta
- 2 md Stalks celery chopped
- -(about 1 cup)
- 1/2 c Frozen green peas, thawed
- 1/2 c Cashew halves, if desired
Directions
Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper until blended. Toss with
remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours or until
chilled.
