Mila Red White & Blueberry Smoothie

  • 1/2 large frozen banana chunked
  • 2 fresh, large strawberry sliced
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp lifemax signature grain (chia)
  • 2 tbsp vanilla yoghurt
  • 2 ice cubes


Place the banana pieces,lifemax signature grain (chia) strawberries, blueberries, milk, vanilla extract, yogurt, and ice cubes in a blender. Blend until smooth.
