Ingredients List
- 6-7 cups popcorn, popped with kernels removed (from a 3 ounce microwave popcorn bag)
- 10 ounces marshmallows
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 packet Chocolate Mint Frosting Creations
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Directions
Spray a 9x9” pan with cooking spray. Set aside.
Pop your popcorn. I used a 3 ounce microwave popcorn packet, but you can use an air popper too, whatever you have. Pick over the popped corn and remove all unpopped kernels. Place about 6-7 cups of popped popcorn in a large bowl.
Place marshmallows and butter in another larger, microwave safe, bowl. Heat for 60 seconds; stir. Heat for an additional 30-60 seconds, stirring after 30, until marshmallows are fully melted. Stir in frosting creations packet.
Pour popcorn into melted marshmallows and stir carefully. Pour into prepared pan. Working quickly, spray your hands with cooking spray and press evenly in to the pan. Immediately sprinkle the mini chocolate chips over the top of the popcorn and press lightly to make it stick. Cool completely before cutting into bars. Best eaten within 2 days. Store in a tightly covered container.
