New England Fish Chowder

 Ingredients List

  • 1/2 tb Butter
  • 3/4 c Onions; chopped
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 Bay leaves
  • 1 1/2 c Water
  • 1/2 ts Thyme leaves
  • 1/8 ts Pepper
  • 1/2 c Milk
  • 1 lb Cod/haddock fillets


Melt butter in pan. Saute' onions and garlic. Add everything else. Simmer
soup for 45 minutes.
