Oatmeal Pancakes

 Ingredients List

  • 3 c Oatmeal
  • 1 qt Low fat buttermilk (or skim
  • Milk soured with 1 T. lemon
  • Juice per cup
  • 1 c Flour
  • 2 ts Baking soda
  • 2 ts Salt
  • Egg substitute to equal four
  • Eggs


Combine. The batter will be rather thin. Cook on hot griddle (spray if
desired) until golden brown.
