 Ingredients List

  • 1 1/2 c Flour
  • 2 1/2 ts Baking powder
  • 3/4 ts Salt
  • 1 Egg, beaten
  • 1 1/4 c Milk
  • 3 tb Oil


Sift flour, powder and salt. Blend egg, milk and oil. Slowly add dry
ingredients. Stir into smooth batter. Cook in hot greased fry pan,
turn only once.
