Pinto Bean Fudge

 Ingredients List

  • 2/3 c Canned milk (or light cream)
  • 1 1/2 c Mini marshmallows
  • 1 1/2 c Strained pinto beans
  • 1 ts Vanilla
  • 1 2/3 c Sugar
  • 1/2 c Nuts
  • 1 1/2 c Chocolate chips

 Directions

Combine sugar and milk in kettle. Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add
remaining ingredients and stir until marshmallows melt. Pour into buttered
pan; cool and cut into squares.
