Radish and Orange Salad

 Ingredients List

  • 12 oz Radishes; trimmed
  • 2 tb Sugar or sugar sub:
  • 2 tb Lemon juice;
  • 1 tb Orange flower water;?
  • Salt;
  • 2 Navel oranges;

 Directions

Shred radishes in a food processor or "grate" with a blender. Allow
excess liquid to drain of and add salt to taste. Chill. Peel and
slice oranges. Just before serving. Arrange all together and dust
with cinnamon.
