Roasted Nectarine with HoneyGreek Yogurt

 Ingredients List

  • 1 nectarine
  • ½ cup vanilla or honey greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup granola
  • 1 Tbs honey

 Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2. Heat grill pan before using by placing in oven for 5-10 minutes
3. Cut ripe nectarine in half, and take out pit
4. Place flesh side down on grill pan
5. Cook for 5 minutes
6. Remove from oven
7. Top with a ¼ cup honey Greek yogurt
8. Sprinkle with granola and drizzle with honey
9. Serve and enjoy!
