Slow-Cooker Barbecued Pork and Beans

Ingredients List
- 2 lb Boneless pork, cut into
- -1-inch cube; well trimmed
- 1 c Red bell pepper; chopped
- 1/2 c Onion; chopped
- 1 Barbecue sauce; (18 oz)
- 2 cn Baked beans; (16 oz each)
Directions
Mix pork, bell pepper, onion and 1 cup of the barbecue sauce in a 3-quart
or larger slow-cooker. Cover and cook on high 4-5 hours or on low for 8-10
hours until pork is
very tender. Stir in remaining barbecue sauce and the drained beans.
Makes enough for 2 dinners. Good spooned over corn bread, and served with
a green salad.
