 Ingredients List

  • 1 c Imported black olives
  • 8 Anchovy fillets
  • 1/4 c Capers
  • 1 1/2 tb Minced garlic
  • 1/2 c Olive oil
  • Freshly-ground black pepper;
  • -to taste


In a food processor with a metal blade, combine all the ingredients
together, except for the oil. Pulse a couple of times to incorporate. With
the machine running, slowly add the oil to form a paste. Season to taste
with black pepper.

This recipe yields 1 cup.
