Tilefish with Orange Grape Sauce

 Ingredients List

  • 2 lb Tilefish fillets
  • 2 c Boiling water
  • 2 tb Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 ts Salt


Cut fish into serving sized pieces; place in well greased 10"
skillet. Add boiling water, lemon juice & salt; cover & simmer 8-10
minutes. Carefully remove fish to warm platter; serve with Orange
Grape Sauce.
