Whole Wheat Grain Oat Bread

Ingredients List
- 1 1/8 c Water, at 105-110 degrees F
- 1 tb Butter or margarine
- 2 tb Molasses or honey
- 1 1/2 c Whole wheat flour
- 1/2 c White flour
- 1/2 c Rolled oats
- 3/4 c 7-grain cereal
- 1/4 c Nonfat dried milk powder
- 1 tb Sugar
- 1 ts Salt
- 3 tb Gluten
- 2 ts Yeast
Directions
Place ingredients in bread machine in order given (or in reverse order if
your machine takes the dry ingredients first).
To make in bread machine: process on whole wheat cycle.
To bake in oven: process on dough cycle. Remove dough, punch down and
shape into loaf. Place in greased bread loaf pan and let rise until
doubled, about one hour. Bake in 400 degree F oven for 20 minutes. Remove
loaf to cool.
Note: Instead of using 7 grain cereal, you can use 8 grain, 9 grain, 12
grain, etc. whatever is available where you shop. You can usually find
this stuff in grocery stores where they have bins with grains, flours, etc.
Option: Add 1/4 sunflower seeds.
