Amazing Hot Caprese Dip!

 Ingredients List

  • 10 ounces fresh mozzarella, chopped into cubes
  • 2 roma tomatoes, seeded and juiced
  • 3 tablespoons freshly chopped basil (or about 1 tablespoon dried) + more for garnish


1) Preheat oven to 375.

2) Squeeze juice out of the tomatoes to reduse the moisture in the dish.

3) Combine the vegetables and bake for 15 minutes.
