Ingredients List
- 2 cups chocolate chips (I used milk chocolate)
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 1 bag small pretzels (I used Rold Gold "Tiny Twists")
- ½ cup peanut butter chips
- ½ teaspoon vegetable oil
Directions
1. Combine chocolate chips and 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil in a microwave safe bowl.
2. Melt for 30 seconds, then remove and stir. Keep microwaving in 15 second increments (stirring between) until the chocolate is melted completely.
3. Dip pretzels in chocolate, and allow access to drip off (I used a plastic fork and broke off the two middle tines).
4. Place covered pretzels on waxed paper and let cool for 30 minutes.
5. Combine peanut butter chips and ½ teaspoon vegetable oil in a microwave safe bowl.
6. Melt for 30 seconds, then remove and stir. Keep microwaving in 15 second increments (stirring between) until the chocolate is melted completely.
7. Drizzle over top all the cooled chocolate-dipped pretzels.
8. Let cool completely and serve. Makes about 3 dozen pretzels.
