Creamy Crockpot Potato Soup

Ingredients List
- 30 oz bag of frozen, shredded hashbrowns
- 32 oz box of chicken broth
- 26 oz can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c sour cream
- 1/4 tsp ground pepper
- 1 1/2 tbsp parsley flakes
- 1 pkg cream cheese
Directions
In a crockpot, combine everything except the cream cheese. Cook on low for six hours. Around an hour before serving, melt cream cheese until soft, once it's soft, add into crockpot. Once it's done, you can top with whatever you'd like, I usually add bacon pieces and mozzarella cheese for the final touches. Trust me, this potato soup is very delicious!
