Grilled pork chops Coriander

Ingredients List
- 4 thick pork chops
- ~~~~~~~Marinade~~~~~~~~~
- 1 tsp. ground coriander
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- ~~~~~Glaze:~~~~~~~~~
- 1 lime, sliced
- 2/3 cup fruit chutney
- 3 tbsp. cider raspberry vinegar
Directions
Place chops on a plate and trim fat from pork chops.
Combine turmeric, coriander, chili powder and lime juice.
Pour over the chops. Turn chops over to coat evenly.
Cover and marinate overnight.
Preheat barbecue, then place chops on the grill.
Grill 20 minutes, basting regularly with the marinade.
Turn chops halfway through cooking.
Pour chutney into a blender. Add vinegar. And process until smooth.
Brush chops during last few minutes of grilling with the chutney mixture.
Serve immediately.
You can serve with baked tomatoes or green salad.
