Ingredients List
- 4 cups peeled peaches
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup flour
- 1 & 3/4 cup sugar (divided)
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg

Directions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Any recipe that starts with melting a stick of butter in your 9x13 pan has to be good right? So go ahead and do just that.
If this bothers you, just look away. It”™s for the greater good .
In a mixing bowl combine the flour, 1 cup of sugar, baking powder and salt in bowl. Add milk and egg to flour mixture and stir to combine. Pour batter over melted butter in glass dish. DO NOT STIR
Put your peaches in a bowl, add 3/4 cup sugar along with vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg. Stir to combine. Spoon peaches gently over batter. DO NOT STIR.
Sprinkle 1/2 cup brown sugar over top of peaches and batter.
Bake cobbler for 30-40 minutes or until batter is golden brown. Mine baked for about 35 minutes, but I had to put a piece of foil lightly on top for the last 10 minutes so it didn”™t burn.
Best when served with a smile and a little scoop of vanilla ice cream!
Enjoy!
