Almond Fruit Pizza Squares

 Ingredients List

  • 16 oz Pillsbury refrigerated quick
  • Crescent roll
  • 1 tb Sugar
  • 8 oz Cream cheese -- softened
  • 3 1/2 oz Almond paste
  • 1/2 ts Almond extract
  • 2 tb Sugar
  • 2 c Strawberries -- halved
  • 1 c Seedless green grapes --
  • Halved
  • 1 c Raspberries
  • 11 oz Mandarin oranges -- drained
  • 2 Kiwi fruit -- peeled and
  • Sliced
  • 1/2 c Apricot preserves
  • 1/2 c Almonds, toasted --
  • Slivered


Heat oven to 375 F. Spread dough into 4 long rectangles. Place rectangles
crosswise in ungreased 15x10x1 inch baking pan; press over bottom and 1
inch up sides to form a crust. Seal perforations. Sprinkle with 1
tablespoon sugar. Bake for 14 to 19 minutes, until golden brown. Cool

In food processor bowl with metal blade or blender container, combine cream
cheese, almond paste, almond extract, and 2 tablespoons sugar; process
until smooth. Spread evenly over cooled crust; top with fruit. Heat
preserves in small saucepan until melted; brush over fruit. Sprinkle with
almonds. Cover; store in refrigerator until serving.
