Almond Salmon

Ingredients List
- 2 individual portions salmon (Nutritionals based on 3 ounce servings)
- ΒΌ cup sliced almonds
- 1 tablespoon butter
- salt and pepper
Directions
1. Melt butter in saute pan. Very lightly brown almonds and set to the side.
2. Dry salmon and season with salt and pepper. Brown on both sides.
3. Pile the almonds on top of salmon in the skillet. Place skillet into oven preheated to 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes (depending on thickness) until done all the way through.
