  • 8 lb Malt extract
  • 16 oz Wheat bran -- crushed
  • 3 oz Hops (hallertau)
  • 1 ts Irish moss seaweed
  • 5 ga Water (up to 5 gal)
  • 1 pk Yeast (liquid dusseldorf ale
  • Or dried ale)
  • 3/4 c Priming suger

 Directions

Boil wort for one hour. Ferment at slightly lower temperature to get the
proper character
