 Ingredients List

  • 1/2 Kilogram red lentils
  • 2 lg Onions
  • 1/2 c Oil
  • 3 tb Tomato paste
  • 1/2 ts Paprika; sweet or hot
  • 1 Head garlic
  • 1/2 ts Ground ginger
  • 1/4 ts Black pepper
  • 1 ts Salt
  • 3 c Water


When the water boil, add the lentils ,lower the flame and cook 20-30
minutes, until the lentils soften. Serve hot.
