 Ingredients List

  • 1 c Sugar
  • 2 c Diced apples
  • 1 Beaten egg
  • 1/2 c Vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 c Flour
  • 1 ts Baking soda
  • 1/2 ts Cinnamon
  • 1/2 ts Salt

 Directions

Mix in order. Pour into a greased 8"x8" pan. Bake until toothpick
inserted comes out clean. Bake 350F 30 minutes
