Apple Cider Sauce for Ham

  • 2 qt Apple Cider; Reduced To
  • 2 c Reduced Cider
  • 4 lb Mcintosh Apples Pared And
  • -Quartered
  • 1 c Sugar
  • 7 Makes this many cups

 Directions

In a 4 quart saucepan bring cider to boiling. Boil gently over medium heat
about 20 minutes or until cider is reduced to specified amount in recipe.
Add quartered apples and sugar; toss gently to combine. Gently simmer
apples covered until apples are soft about 20 minutes. Stir once. Serve
warm with ham.
